Alejandra Esparza
RDH, BSDH

Registered Dental Hygienist

Ale graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2015 and has been providing quality dental hygiene care ever since. She strives to make your dental visit a pleasant one, while being very gentle and thorough. She has ample experience with children, adults, and persons with special needs. Ale carefully customizes dental hygiene care for each individual patient, since each patient is unique and so are their dental needs. She also specializes in the prevention and management of gum disease and patient education. She takes education very seriously and is always looking for new continuing education courses to take to expand her dental knowledge to further help her patients.

When Ale is not providing dental hygiene care, you can find her volunteering. She has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity and has traveled internationally to volunteer and provide dental hygiene care to children in Puebla, Mexico. Ale is also fluent in Spanish, which came in very handy on this particular trip. When Ale is not volunteering, you can find her relaxing at home with her 2 cats, Holly Berry and Lilah.

Meghna

Office Manager

Meghna is the heart of DentArt Chicago’s front office operations. As a trained international dentist, she brings extensive dental knowledge and clinical insight to her role as Office Manager, offering patients an added level of understanding and support from the moment they walk through our doors. With a strong background in both dentistry and administration, Meghna ensures that every part of the patient experience runs smoothly, whether it be scheduling, insurance coordination, or treatment planning. Her goal is to create a stress-free environment where every patient feels informed, comfortable, and cared for.

Beyond the office, Meghna enjoys spending time with her husband and her two young children. Family is at the center of her life, and the same warmth and compassion shine through in the ways she cares for our patients and supports our team.

Jiajin (John) Chen

Front Administrator/Patient Advocate

Jiajin is the welcoming face of DentArt Chicago, dedicated to creating a warm and seamless experience for every patient. With a background in both healthcare administration and customer service, Jiajin combines strong organizational skills with genuine compassion, ensuring patients feel valued and supported from their first phone call to the completion of their treatment.

Fluent in both English and Mandarin, Jiajin bridges language and cultural gaps, making communication clear and comfortable for all patients. His meticulous attention to detail, problem-solving mindset, and commitment to patient advocacy help ensure that scheduling, insurance coordination, and treatment planning run smoothly.

Beyond the office, Jiajin enjoys learning about healthcare advancements, engaging in community activities, and spending quality time with family. His positive energy and dedication to service shine through in every interaction.

Pinaz

Dental Assistant

At DentArt Chicago, Pinaz helps to ensure each visit runs smoothly and comfortably. She not only enjoys to help ease patients with their anxiety, but to also create a warm and welcoming environment.  It’s fulfilling for her to be apart of a team that truly cares about the patient’s comfort, oral health and confident smiles.

Ameila

Receptionist

Ameila currently works as a Check-In Receptionist and Treatment Coordinator at DentArt Chicago. Fluent in both English and Mandarin, she takes pride in welcoming patients, introducing them to the clinic’s services, and helping them understand their treatment options with warmth and clarity.

With a diverse cultural background, Ameila is comfortable working with patients from all walks of life and strives to ensure that everyone feels heard and respected at DentArt Chicago. Ever since she was a child, she has dreamt of working in the medical field, helping to support others in achieving their health goals, especially their dream smiles, as it brings her great joy and purpose.

Outside of work, Ameila enjoys swimming, singing, and playing badminton. She is also currently attending medical school to further her knowledge and expand her abilities to support patients in a healthcare setting.
