Step 1: Cavity Detective Training (15-20 minutes)
Your little one becomes a dental detective, discovering how cavities form through engaging cartoon presentations. Using colorful Google slides designed specifically for young minds, we explain the science of tooth decay in terms kids can understand and remember. They’ll learn about the “sugar bugs” and how to keep their teeth strong and healthy.
Step 2: Hands-On Practice Session (10 minutes)
Now for the fun part! Kids get their own dental tools to practice proper brushing and flossing techniques on special tooth models made with play dough. This tactile experience helps them master the movements they’ll use at home, making them feel confident and capable.
Step 3: Plaque Detective Mission (10-15 minutes)
Using safe pink plaque disclosing solution, your child becomes a real dentist detective, identifying areas where plaque likes to hide. They’ll see the “pink stuff” on their teeth and then get to brush and floss it away, creating an immediate sense of accomplishment and understanding.
