Dr. Qingshan Li, DMD, PhD

Hello! I am Dr. Li, an orthodontist with over 25 years’ experience in Orthodontics in the United States, Germany, and China. I’m truly passionate about not only straightening people’s teeth and improving their bite, but also creating beautiful, life-changing smiles!
I had my specialty training in Orthodontics and Dentofacial Orthopedics at the Eastman Institute for Oral Health (University of Rochester Medical Center) in Rochester, New York and the University of Kiel in Germany. Prior to this, I completed a PhD in Dentistry, as well as postgraduate training in Restorative Dentistry at the University of Kiel.

Hi! I’m Dr. Bin Yang, senior specialist dentist at DentArt Chicago. As a trained and board-certified Prosthodontist, I’ve spent over 20 years restoring teeth and smiles with complex full-mouth oral rehabilitation, esthetic dentistry, digital dentistry, implant restorations, and helping patients like you to feel more confident.
I’ve had patients tell me that before coming to my practice, they suffered from prolonged, unresolved dental problems despite regular dental visits. That’s because the root cause of their problems and related risk factors weren’t identified and assessed. I provide a comprehensive oral exam and risk assessment to identify and understand the root cause of your problems. Because of this, I can then offer effective solutions that cater to your budget—from affordable to high-end.
Having spent 15 years teaching dentistry, eight years teaching implant dentistry and cosmetic dentistry, and 20 years as a clinical researcher in advanced dental materials and engineering (tooth bonding, ceramic restorations, implant dentistry, the remineralization in early dental caries with bioactive materials), I understand the development of dental disease, the solid foundation of successful implants and aesthetic restorations, their failure mechanism and how to prevent those failures.

Dr. Nidhi Shah BDS, MS
BOARD CERTIFIED PERIODONTIST, IMPLANT SURGEON
Dr. Nidhi Shah attended the Rutgers School of Dental Medicine, NJ where she received her Master’s in Dental Science (MDS) and Certificate in Periodontics in 2014. She is Board Certified with the American Academy of Periodontology and earned her Bachelor of Dental Surgery (BDS) degree from Mumbai, India in 2009.
In the past six years, Dr. Shah worked at multiple private practices across Northern Virginia. She has made significant achievements beyond the mandatory educational requirements of the specialty, including demonstrating a comprehensive mastery of all phases of periodontal disease and treatment and in the placement of dental implants.
She is very enthusiastic about teaching and keeps herself current with continuing education courses and is an active member of the American Academy of Periodontology (AAP) and the American Academy fo Implant Dentistry (AAID).
Dr. Shah believes in providing a comprehensive treatment focused on preserving the periodontium. She is popular among patients for her gentle approach and superior clinical results.
Dr. Shah is passionate about fitness, practicing yoga, traveling and spending quality time with her toddler. She recently moved from the east coast in 2020 with her family and has made Chicago her new home.
Dr. Sai Ramani Krishna Kumar, DMD
DENTIST
I am a 2015 Honors graduate from Boston University Henry M. Goldman School of Dentistry and a 2011 graduate from Manipal University College of Dental Sciences, India where I was a practicing dentist for three years. I am currently a nationally registered EMT in US and graduated with Honors as a Combat Medic with the US Army reserve, where I’ve been serving since 2016.
I believe in the top-down management based on patient’s comprehensive dental/oral needs, starting with educating patients on the prevention and etiology of oral disease, comprehensive dental treatment and regular recall maintenance. A good doctor-patient relationship leads to a stronger dental IQ and healthy hygiene habits in patients.
Having completed continuing education courses involving root canal treatment, crown lengthening and crown preparation procedures, in the past 8-year practice, I have much experience working with both children and adults performing complex procedures under local anesthesia including the extraction of wisdom teeth.
Dr. Yelin Ha
DENTIST
Hello! I am Dr. Yelin Ha. I received the Doctor of Dental Medicine degree from University of Illinois at Chicago College of Dentistry. I enjoy helping patients understand their oral health and take pride in providing treatment options that are based on the most current, trustworthy research evidence in dentistry. I believe in providing high quality, comprehensive care by paying close attention to each patient’s functional and aesthetic needs. Many patients tell me that my calm demeanor and gentle hands make them feel relaxed and comfortable during treatment.
My path to dentistry was unique. As a junior in high school, I was fortunate to meet a family friend who was an orthodontist and she encouraged me to give dentistry a chance. As a result, I applied and was accepted to dental school as a high school student through the highly competitive GPPA program at UIC. This program helped me prepare for a career in dentistry at an early age, and I used my time in college to participate in dental research on dental pulp stem cells. In dental school, I was accepted to be a member of an advanced implant education program, where I learned how to diagnose, assess, and plan for implant treatment. I also enjoyed many aspects of community service. I had my clinical rotations at Asian Human Services Family Center where I provided care to immigrants and underserved communities. I’m also an active member of the American Dental Association. The languages I speak are English, Korean, and Mandarin Chinese.
I grew up in the northwest suburbs of Chicago and enjoy traveling, gardening, reading, and volunteering. Fun fact: I received the Huayu Enrichment Scholarship to study Mandarin Chinese in Taiwan, where I had a wonderful experience learning about the culture and tasting the delicious street food.
Alejandra Esparza, RDH, BSDH

Meet our Hygienist Alejandra!
Ale graduated from Southern Illinois University with a Bachelors of Science in Dental Hygiene in 2015 and has been providing quality dental hygiene care ever since. She strives to make your dental visit a pleasant one, while being very gentle and thorough. She has ample experience with children, adults, and persons with special needs. Ale carefully customizes dental hygiene care for each individual patient, since each patient is unique and so are their dental needs. She also specializes in the prevention and management of gum disease and patient education. She takes education very seriously and is always looking for new Continuing Education courses to take to expand her dental knowledge to further help her patients.
When Ale is not providing dental hygiene care, you can find her volunteering. She has volunteered for Habitat for Humanity and has traveled internationally to volunteer and provide dental hygiene care to children in Puebla, Mexico. Ale is also fluent in Spanish, which came in very handy on this particular trip. When Ale is not volunteering, you can find her relaxing at home with her 2 cats, Holly Berry and Lilah.
Dr. Jeanne Le

Dr. Jeanne Le was born and raised in Chicago. She graduated with a Doctor of Dental Medicine Degree from the University of Illinois at Chicago – College of Dentistry and a Master’s Degree in Medical Physiology from the University of Illinois at Chicago – College of Medicine. Being among the top students of her class, and in recognition of her dedication and commitment to excellence in dentistry, she was inducted into the Sigma Chapter of Omicron Kappa Upsilon (OKU) National Dental Honor Society.
Dr. Jeanne Le is committed to educating her patients about oral health and delivering the highest quality of dental care. She understands that dental treatments can be overwhelming and aims to create a comfortable environment, while working closely with each of her patients to customize and understand their treatment options for a healthier and beautiful smile. Dr. Jeanne Le strives to consistently expand her knowledge of the latest dental techniques and technologies with advanced training, continuing education courses, and research literature.
Dr. Jeanne Le strongly believes in giving back to the community. It is important for her to provide dental care to the underserved populations to help reduce the disparities in oral health care. She has volunteered in Central America and worked with several local clinics. While not practicing dentistry, she enjoys traveling, trying new foods, and spending time with her French bulldog.
